Guidelines for Submission

Abstract: 200-250 words in English, including full name, rank, affiliation, email address, and WhatsApp number for all authors. Title: The title should be centered, with initials of content words capitalized. Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and single spacing. Please send the document as a Word attachment (not in the email body) and include no more than six keywords. Submissions will be evaluated by a peer-review committee. The conference working language is English. .

Conference Fees

The deadline for conference fee payments is September 19, 2025. Fees can be paid online or onsite, following these guidelines:
Faculty Affiliated with Palestinian and Jordanian Universities

  • • APETAU members who have paid their 2024 and 2025 dues by September 19: JD 20
  • • New members: JD 40
  • • Non-members: JD 60
  • • Students submitting papers: JD 20

Faculty Affiliated with Other Universities

Important Note: Fees are based on individual participation in the conference rather than the number of papers submitted. Each participant may co-author a maximum of two submissions. The fees cover coffee breaks, two lunches, a conference kit, a certificate of attendance, and two daily transportation shuttles—one in the morning and one in the evening—between designated hotels/locations and the MEU campus.
